Michael Murray

Michael is Co-Founder & President, Technology for benchbucket. Michael brings a background in programming, web design, as well as experience as an entrepreneur.

Michael is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for benchbucket. He leads the design of benchbucket’s service and development of its core technology and infrastructure.

Michael is a graduate of the Conestoga College Computer Program and Analysis program. Since graduating, Michael has worked for companies such as Nortel, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission, Center for International Governance Innovation, and PEERGroup in various application development roles.

Furthermore, Michael has been active as a coach and participant in sports all his life. Michael was a springboard diver and instructor at the KW Diving Club, and is still active in men’s league soccer and basketball.

Jeff Ferguson

Jeff is Co-Founder & President, Operations for benchbucket. Jeff brings strength in information technology, networking and graphic design.

Jeff graduated from Mohawk College with a Diploma in Graphic Arts. This helped kick-start his career at B.C Decker in Hamilton, Ontario, where he later became the Manager of Information Technology. Furthermore, Jeff has training in business planning and development.

Jeff has also been very active in sports over the years, having played rep hockey and baseball in his youth. Jeff was a member of two national championship winning fast pitch teams in St. Catherines, Ontario as well as having played several years of junior hockey for the St. George Dukes.

Paul Karlhuber

Paul is VP, Business Development at benchbucket. Paul has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McMaster University, majoring in Marketing and Sales.

Paul also studied business development and planning while at McMaster. He has proven this while working as an Account Representative in the automotive industry for the past four years, where he has won awards for outstanding performance within his company of employ.

Paul has also been quite involved in sports over the years. Paul grew up playing rep hockey, and still plays organized men’s league hockey in Brantford. Paul is also an alumnus of the Great Lakes Football League, Canadian Junior Football League, and the McMaster Marauders Football team.
